Who Qualifies: Current senior-level L&D executives, currently employed by a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics organization. Those wishing to attend this event must request an invitation. ALL registrations are subject to approval.

As a senior leader in life sciences L&D, your registration is complimentary* (a $995 value), including all sessions, a welcome reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.

Hotel accommodations and travel are not included with your registration. LTEN will secure discounted room rates at the Forum venue and share those details once available.

You may attend the Forum without the Executive Exchange with Sponsors at the standard Forum registration rate of $995 (member rate). Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

Open to qualified heads of L&D and senior learning executives from global pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and biotech companies. ALL registrations are subject to approval. Registration is non-transferable, and any substitution requests must be submitted to LTEN in writing. LTEN has the right to refuse such requests.

Registration Fee:

Your complimentary VIP registration has been provided on behalf of our Premier Sponsors and is contingent upon participation in the Executive Exchange with Sponsors on Wednesday.

You may attend the Forum without participating in the Executive Exchange with Sponsors at the standard Forum registration rate of $995 (member rate). You will be able to indicate your preference upon completing your registration.

Privacy:

By registering, you agree to share contact information with LTEN, Forum participants, and premier sponsors. Information will be handled in accordance with the LTEN privacy policy.

Amendments:

LTEN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated promptly.

Liability:

LTEN is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the Forum. Forum participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

Accommodations:

Hotel and travel expenses are not included with your registration and is the registrant’s responsibility. Registrants are responsible for arranging their accommodations. We have secured a discounted rate at the venue, and you’ll receive a booking link upon being accepted into this year’s Forum cohort.

Registration is not required before reserving a room. However, LTEN will cross-check hotel housing lists against registered attendees. Your registration confirmation will also contain the direct links to secure accommodations for the LTEN Learning Executive Forum. Room reservations are subject to cancellation if not registered for the LTEN Learning Executive Series: Annual Forum by August 29, 2024.

Cancellation Policy:

The event is free for qualifying individuals. If you need to cancel, please provide written notice at least 20 days before the event date. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full ticket amount ($995), processed using the payment method provided during registration.
