This year, we are pleased to bring you two transformative learning experiences, designed to prepare trainers – of all experience levels – to fundamentally re-think how to engage learners and achieve learning objectives.

The LTEN PrimeTime! For Trainers Core Course focuses on mastery of adult learning principles, training tools and technologies, and facilitation skills. Every aspect is aimed at helping learning and development professionals establish a dynamic environment that connects learning and development to business objectives.

The course facilitator, Tina Greene, has exceptional credentials and a long history working with trainers in life science companies. She brings relevance and an understanding of the challenges and issues of the industry.

  • Audience Analysis prior to facilitation.
  • Securing Audience attention.
  • Quasi-Formula for creating Compelling Openings (and a delivery opportunity!).

Maximizing Questioning

  • Three critical “buckets” of types of questions most useful for facilitating.
  • Practice crafting questions.

Platform/PowerPoint Tips

  • Front of the Room (or Camera!): exploring the link between audience needs and Facilitator actions.

Virtual Training Strategies

  • Content and discussion around application of curriculum to meet the needs of the “virtual learner”.

Practice Delivery

  • Each participant will run a learning session. More details will be provided in class.

Tina Greene, a senior of Perim Consulting, is a performance improvement consultant and trainer.

After 15 years in Neurology pharmaceutical sales, including five years in Sales Training, her passion for supporting others to improve their performance grew to the next level when she joined Perim Consulting. She cultivates strategies and skills for interaction to produce better business outcomes and empowers those who train, coach, and influence!
