Scholarship Recipient Receives:
In addition to the honor, the scholarship recipient will also be recognized in the following ways:
- $3,000 scholarship to be used toward LTEN membership, LTEN virtual workshops, registration and travel/related expenses to in-person LTEN events, eLearning Lounge, etc. Scholarship award valid through December 31, 2024
- Recognized at the live ceremony at the LTEN Annual Conference on June 12, 2024 in Kissimmee, FL

- Invitation to participate in an LTEN Talk, webinar and/or article in which the scholarship recipient shares their learning experience and professional development via the LTEN Chuck Pearson Learning Scholarship with other LTEN members

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for the scholarship?
- Open to all full-time life sciences training professionals and leaders working for a pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic or biotechnology company
- Not open training partner/provider or consultants
- LTEN membership not required but if the recipient is not a current member, a portion of the scholarship will be applied toward an annual membership
- The nominee should currently be serving in the role of full-time trainer or training leader in their organization
Can self-nominate or be nominated by a LTEN member company.
What can the scholarship be used on?
The $3,000 scholarship will be applied toward LTEN membership, LTEN virtual workshops, registration and travel/related expenses to in-person LTEN events, eLearning Lounge, etc. The scholarship funds must be used by December 31, 2024.
Scholarship awards can be used only for LTEN events and learning opportunities.
Reimbursement:
Details pertaining to reimbursable travel-related expenses, incidentals, per diem details, and reimbursement process (submitting documentation and receipts) will be shared upon being awarded the scholarship.
Scholarship Expiration:
The scholarship funds must be used by December 31, 2023. Scholarship recipients may use the $3,000 in any combination of ways: LTEN membership, LTEN virtual workshops, registration, and travel/related expenses to in-person LTEN events, eLearning Lounge, etc.
