Most learning & development departments have a learning strategy, but many struggle with creating a comprehensive measurement strategy. They particularly have difficulty figuring out how to communicate the value of L&D to their organization’s business leaders.
Often, as we have discovered, we don’t lack for data. What we lack is a framework for synthesizing and communicating this data to tell the L&D success story.
Join us for this LTEN webinar as we help you create that framework. Steven Just, Ed.D., of Princeton Metrics and Jim Delaney of Modern Measurement Excellence will demonstrate, taking an analytics-based approach, how you can:
- Overcome common challenges and barriers that L&D teams face with implementing consistent and effective measurement activities.
- Apply modern research and practical techniques to create meaningful data insights.
- Implement a sustainable, scalable measurement framework that provides enhanced value to your organization.
- Deliver your L&D success story to leaders and stakeholders.
