Jessica has spent her career leading teams in the design of strategic learning and development programs across sectors, often with global reach. She has spoken at learning conferences and events across North America, including DevLearn and the Institute for Performance and Learning, and in 2021, Jessica was named Life Sciences Trainers and Educators Network Member of the Year. She considers herself a designer and problem-solver at heart.
