Addressing the Facilitation Gap
April 25, 2023 @ 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm EDT
After spending countless hours and dollars on getting your workshops through review and approval, have you ever walked into the back of a workshop room, or joined a virtual workshop, and thought, “What IS this that’s being facilitated – that’s not what I intended to be happening”?
Workshops for new hires, plan of action meetings and national sales meetings are often designed quickly under a lot of time pressure, and often without considering the level of facilitation skills of those charged with running them.
Join us for this 30-minute LTEN webinar, sponsored by Whole Systems, as we address how to close that gap and strategies to help facilitators. At this webinar, you’ll learn how to:
- Use a leader’s guide and PPT slides effectively.
- Manage their time in front of a group.
- Address compliance and performance issues that may arise during training.
- Ensure all participants are engaged, and more!
