Lisa recently joined Johnson & Johnson’s cardiovascular and metabolism division as director of learning and development, where she is responsible for driving the learning strategy to achieve business growth. Lisa is based in JNJ’s Titusville, NJ location. Lisa has a passion for talent development, adult learning and building and leading high performing teams. Lisa previously held roles with Align Technology, Smith and Nephew Orthopedics and Sanofi-Aventis.
