Eno was nominated as Emerging Leader after two years in the training industry, where she has already proven herself to be effective and skilled in business acumen. Responsible for training the U.S. immunology business unit salesforce, Eno had spearheaded several large-scale training curriculum updates, showing noticeable results in learner outcomes and performance.

“Karen led a project to update a sales training curriculum for an immunology brand. She demonstrated she is a decisive, efficient, collaborative, focused, solutions-oriented, communicative and agile leader,” said Ariella Sax, Metrix Group, who nominated Eno for the LTEN award. “She understands the science behind the product, effectively navigates the organization regarding content approvals, collaborates cross-functionally to align on messaging and brand strategy, and has a clear vision of the training. She understands the salesforce’s performance needs and gaps, allowing her to streamline the training solution so it focuses on the most relevant, important information they need to perform on-the-job.  She’s great to work with, and we appreciate her responsiveness and transparent communication.”

Eno won the GROW (Growing Remarkable and Outstanding Women) award from Shire, which became part of Takeda.
