The Learning Village: Making Connections
Learning Village
The Learning Village exhibit hall is in many ways the hub of the LTEN Annual Conference. It’s where you go to stay connected to what’s happening in the industry, to meet with partners and potential partners who can keep your programs running smoothly and where you can join your peers to learn and share.
At this year’s 48th LTEN Annual Conference, the Learning Village will once again be central to your experience. In addition to finding meals and a welcome reception in the hall, you’ll also be able to take part in the 20-minute Learning Labs and check out the supplier booths and table-top Exploration Station presenters.
Here’s a quick look at some of the activities and opportunities populating this year’s Learning Village:
The 20-minute Learning Lab micro-learning sessions will take place in three classrooms placed around the Learning Village. Learning Labs speakers will address topics such as trends, technology, best practices and case studies, a schedule built to truly appeal to everyone. As with last year’s conference, the Learning Lab sessions will take place throughout the day, including during workshop hours, which helps extend the program to fit your needs. Keep an eye on the conference agenda at www.LTENconference.com for updates to the schedule. The LTEN conference app will also have the most current plans for Learning Lab sessions.
Of course, don’t forget the traditional purpose of an exhibit hall, to house display booths from conference sponsors, helping you interact with old friends, greet new faces and learn about the products, services and solutions that may help power your training. Conferences such as this rely on support from the provider community, so be sure to show your appreciation as you come together to meet and connect.
Also back this year is the Exploration Station, which gives conference goers the chance to explore new training technologies, meet specialty suppliers and visit smaller, more intimate booths that spotlight training partners you might not normally have access to.
We look forward to seeing you around the Village!
