Speakers:

Renee Landry, U.S. Learning Lead, Bayer

Renee Landry is the U.S. learning lead, part of the human resources talent management team at Bayer. She oversees the team responsible for the learning strategy and leadership development cross-divisionally in the U.S. pharma, crop science and consumer health businesses. Her work touches 4,000 leaders and 16,000 employees.

She is considered a subject matter expert in the learning and development field, as her past roles at Pfizer, Zoetis and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation paved the way for her current leadership position. She holds degrees in behavioral science from Drew University and a master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from NYU. During covid, Renee explored the US by driving cross-county with her husband and son, but has decided, after her adventure, she prefers hanging at the Jersey shore with family and friends.

Rachel Lamb, Senior Leadership Expert, Bayer

Rachel Lamb is the senior leadership expert on Bayer’s U.S. talent management learning team. She is responsible for creating leadership development programs in the United States. Prior to joining Bayer, Rachel was a global learning and development consultant traveling the world coaching and teaching on communication and leadership skills across industries. Rachel holds a B.S. in communications from Boston University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Johns Hopkins.

With her husband and four children, ranging in age from 6  to 22, she lives a chaotic yet fun life in Westfield, NJ.
