As the senior manager of global sales skills and methodology, I provide strategic direction relating to improving the selling abilities of our commercial sales team. In previous roles with companies such as Hologic, Siemens and Philips Healthcare, my roles focused on selling skills, product training development and facilitation, as well as onboarding, eLearning and LMS strategy. Prior to becoming a learning & development professional, I had a successful sales career with both Bracco Diagnostics and ADP. My Master’s degree is in Integrated marketing communication from Marist College and Bachelor’s degree is in Sociology from Vassar College. I have also been an adjunct professor for Western Connecticut State University and Marist where I taught a variety of communication and sociology courses.
