Learn from the 2021 LTEN Field Trainer Scholarship Winners

Field training is a core mission for life sciences training departments, tasked with managing the learning and development of an organization’s front-line sales teams. With that mission-critical function in mind, companies are looking for, creating and/or implementing innovative solutions to manage field training and onboarding.

This year, as part of the Excellence Awards program, LTEN once again awarded two field sales trainers with scholarships to LTEN learning programs or events. The field trainer scholarships allow the busy field professionals the chance to extend their professional education while making contacts with the wider life sciences training community.

The 2021 LTEN Field Trainers Scholarships went to Shawn Nordquist of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and Michael Tomlinson of Eisai. Other 2021 finalists were Catherine Iaquez of Sanofi, Ann Malotke of AstraZeneca and Kendra Short of Sanofi.
