Dr. Shawn Andrews, a longtime LTEN member and a member of the LTEN Advisory Council, has released a new book, The Power of Perception: Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and the Gender Divide. The book officially launched this week, March 6, just in time for the March 8 International Women’s Day, part of National Women’s History Month.
Andrews’ book, published by Morgan James Publishing, will be available online on Amazon.com and also in bookstores. Andrews will be presenting an LTEN webinar on a related topic on Friday, June 1. Free resources from the book, including articles, blogs, videos, webcasts and radio and podcast interviews are also available on her website, www.DrShawnAndrews.com, along with a free 25-page self-assessment, the Power of Perception Workbook.
