Life sciences training leaders Michael Sullivan and Jeff Taylor have been selected to join the LTEN Advisory Council. Their appointments begin immediately.
Sullivan, director of sales training for Intra-Cellular Therapies, has more than 22 years in life sciences experience, with roles in sales training, sales, leadership and sales operations. He’s worked in markets including psychiatry, neurology, cardiology, allergy and dermatology, for companies including ALK, LEO Pharma, Bristol Myers Squibb, Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Abbott Laboratories and Novartis.
Taylor, senior director, learning and development, commercial operations for Harmony Biosciences, has more than 33 years in life sciences. He spent more than 25 years with Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, where he started as sales representative and became senior director of learning and development for all commercial business units. Taylor also led training for IPSEN Biopharmaceuticals.
“Jeff & Mike bring a lot of passion and experience to the LTEN Advisory Council,” said Dawn Brehm, LTEN executive director. “Both have had roles and responsibilities across the life sciences sales spectrum, from sales representative to training leader. I know Mike and Jeff will bring those backgrounds to the table as they help the other Advisory Council members create programs and solutions to benefit all their LTEN colleagues.”
